My elderly In-laws had sewer problems backing up in garage and laundry room floors. I called at 7:30 and by 1:30 Mr.... Luigi had the drain open and they were back in business. Very professional and kept me informed through the entire process. The cost and service was extremely reasonable, quick response and just a great experience, especially his customer focus was superb, especially and dealing with me at work via the phone. Jake did a great job installing 2 toilets for me. It was a challenging job because my house is older and the prior... plumbermade some plumbing mistakes which made it difficult. He explained it all clearly and was also honest. It is hard to find plumbers that are honest. I also should let you know that Scott and Mike did a great job with my furnace. They are all so friendly,professional, and honest. Last but not the least, Angela who answersthe phone is so helpful! She does an outstanding job of representing the company. Unfortunately my house unexpectedly did not pass a dye test to sell right as we were about to close. By... recommendation, I called Mister Sewer to see if they could quickly fix the issue. I literally asked this crew to jump immediately and they did. They literally worked a miracle and were on site quickly fixing the issue instantly. They worked so fast and so professionally it was amazing. They completed the project and did a fantastic job and because of them I am now able to close on the sale of my house. Had a terrific experience with Mr Sewer! First of all Angela from their offices called me back first thing in the... morning, and although I did not expect a call that fast, she even apologized for not calling me back sooner. (NOTE: They were also the only ones to call me back of the few I called last evening.) Then Jake came out to the house promptly, and within the time frame I was given when I made the SAME DAY appointment. Jake was patient and listened to everything I had already tried to fix my toilet issues so he didn’t waist time and money trying stuff that was already done. He even gave me good advice for the future, if the issue ever happens again.Everyone I worked with was polite, prompt, and professional. The best part was how affordable their services are compared to the big chain companies that charge an arm and a leg just to show up let alone fix your problem. I will use Mr Sewer for all of my plumbing/HVAC needs in the future, and will be recommending them to any and all friends and family for any HVAC, plumbing, or sewer work they may need as well.read more

We had a great experience with Mister Sewer. They came and scoped the sewer line as part of a home inspection. The... technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, provided videos of the line inspection, and thoroughly explained the repairs that would be needed. The quote was very fair and after we moved in we were able to schedule the repairs with Mister Sewer very quickly. The repairs were done quickly, and the guys were very professional and friendly. We were very satisfied with the results.God forbid we have any more plumbing issues but if we do, we're calling Mister Sewer!read more

Awesome folks! Prompt with quotes (which you would think is easy but they are the third or fourth company we called... trying to get some things taken care of). My drain collapsed leaving my house, and it needed replaced. From start to finish everyone I spoke to, or worked with... was awesome. Brad and Mark came and dug up my driveway, replaced the line, even cleaned the mud off the driveway after the repair. Both guys did a great job at my house, they were very friendly and informative. We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Mister Sewer. When Justin came out to use the camera on our pipes, it was... clear they were the original cast iron & in desperate need of replacement. He also walked around our house with us to see if our downspouts ran into our household sewer or into the lawn. Once we could see the extent of the corrosion and decided to go forward with the replacement, we were on their schedule in less than 2 weeks. Ryan and his team did a great job of explaining their work plan for the day each morning, and gave us a detailed recap at the end of each workday. It was incredibly hot & humid, and our driveway is rather steep – but the crew worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently to dig out new trenches in the basement, set up a new sewer system, and hook everything back up. He also made sure to move the floor drain to a more appropriate location, away from an interior wall. The concrete work at the end was also very well done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.read more

I had them out to repair 16' of sewer line between my building and the city main. They arrived on the day promised,... and work was completed in the agreed timeline. Price was in line with other estimates I had, and was good value. Chris worked *hard* - he hustles every minute while he's on the job. They were good about cleaning up every day, and were very careful working around the neighbors. We did have some minor glitches, but were able to talk through them and solve the issues. They are focused on delivering a high quality product, and I'm pleased with the results.read more

Mr. Sewer did an amazing job on our major sewer replacement at our home in Pittsburgh. JT came out immediately and... diagnosed the issue and got the project started in just 12 hours. Every one of your employees are true professionals and the foreman Ryan is very knowledgeable and hard working. Mr. Sewer exhibited a sense of urgency and kept the work moving even in a driving rainstorm. These guys are Pros! They replaced my sewer lines under my driveway and under the road to go across the street and put... in a new tap-in on and under my neighbors yard. All trench less and no digging up of my driveway or road thank goodness. Cemented over small section in driveway and landscaped the neighbors yard as well after digging it up where the sewer right of way is.I totally satisfied with their work and the crew they had as well.
